Cancellation & Deposit Policy

The short version

Your $50 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 48+ hours before your appointment, and applied toward your final service price if you keep it. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment.

Why there's a deposit

Booking an appointment holds real time on an artist's calendar. The $50 deposit is a good-faith commitment from the client, and it's applied toward the final service price — it's not an extra fee on top of what you'll pay for the procedure itself.

If you cancel 48+ hours out

Your deposit is fully refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are issued as a request to the artist to release the deposit and typically appear on your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank.

If you cancel within 48 hours

The deposit is forfeited. This isn't automatic on our end at the moment — reach out to the artist directly (their contact details are on your booking confirmation) to cancel or reschedule; whether a late cancellation is refunded anyway is at the artist's discretion.

If the artist cancels

If an artist needs to cancel or a slot becomes unavailable after you've paid, your deposit is fully refunded automatically — this is a real, automated part of the booking flow, not a manual exception.

No-shows

Missing an appointment without any cancellation notice is treated the same as a late cancellation — the deposit is forfeited.
