Terms of Service
1. What this is
The Collective Gallery by Tina Davies (“the Gallery,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Tina Davies Professional LLC and is a portfolio and booking platform for permanent makeup (PMU) artists. It lets artists publish healed before/after work, lets prospective clients browse that work and reach out, and — where an artist has real-time availability configured — lets a client book a time and pay a deposit to hold it. By using the Gallery, you agree to these terms.
2. Artist accounts
Artists create an account to publish work, manage inquiries, and (optionally) connect a calendar for bookings. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you publish — in particular, only submitting work you have the right to share and that has actually healed (this platform's whole premise is showing real, settled results, not fresh-work photos). We may unpublish work or suspend an account that doesn't meet that bar.
3. Booking deposits
Where an artist accepts bookings through the Gallery, a client pays a small deposit via Stripe to hold a time slot. That deposit is applied toward the final service price paid directly to the artist, subject to the Cancellation & Deposit Policy. The Gallery is not a party to the underlying service agreement between a client and an artist — we facilitate the introduction and the deposit, the artist provides the procedure.
4. Reviews
Reviews are only collected via an invite sent to a client after a completed booking, tied to that specific appointment — there's no open “leave a review” form anyone can use. This is meant to keep reviews to real clients, but we can't independently verify the accuracy of what someone writes. We reserve the right to remove a review that violates these terms (e.g. harassment, unrelated content).
5. No medical advice
Nothing on the Gallery is medical or aesthetic advice. Healing outcomes vary by individual, skin type, and aftercare — the before/after work shown is illustrative of what a specific artist has produced for specific clients, not a guarantee of any particular result for you.
6. Text message (SMS) communications
If you choose text as your preferred contact method, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Tina Davies Professional LLC (operating The Collective Gallery) (confirmations, reminders, form requests, and similar) at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies by booking. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, START to resume, or HELP for help. Choosing text is optional — you can always use email instead, and opting out of texts never affects your ability to use the Gallery or complete a booking.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
